🚚 Trader Arrival & Setup Times
Friday (Early Setup Available)
Outdoor traders: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Indoor traders: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
** Please note that ALL traders will not be allowed on site until 12:00pm on Friday at our ONE DAY winter fair **
Saturday
All traders (Indoor & Outdoor): 6:00am – 7:30am arrival & setup.
Indoor - Gate one / Outdoor - Gate two. Please note gate one is locked at 7:30am
7:00am: Trade-buyers only access
Public entry follows after trade hour
Sunday
7:00am: Building opens
One-day traders admitted
📏 Pitch Information
Outdoor Pitch
Approx. 10m x 10m (32ft x 32ft) (guide only)
One vehicle per pitch
Follow marshal parking instructions on arrival
Electric hook-ups available to pre-book (limited)
Generators not permitted
Indoor Pitch
Stall Pitch - 14ft / 14ft (2 x 6ft tables)
Single: 6–8ft space (1 x 6ft table)
Double: Approx. 14ft x 8ft (2 x 6ft tables)
Triple: Approx. 20ft x 8ft (3 x 6ft tables)
Middle: Approx. 12ft / 10ft including four 6ft tables.
Electricity limited (max 300 watts per stand)
Traders must bring their own extension leads

£7 per table (must be pre-booked)
Own tables welcome but must fit within allocated pitch space
Tables are not available for outdoor traders

Limited availability across the showground
Must be prepaid
Priority given for medical requirements
Pitches allocated on arrival
Electric pitches may be marked out

All stands must remain fully stocked until close

OSWESTRY SHOWGROUND HALLS (see trader booking for lay out. Here you can choose and reserve your pitch).
Hall One - Stall pitches (14ft / 16ft) - Two 6ft tables.
Hall Two - Traditional single, double, triple pitches with an added addition of our 'middle' pitches. These pitches are located in the centre of the room with four tables and electric.

OSWESTRY SHOWGROUND - HOOK UP'S
Hook ups will be marked out. We will endeavour to get traders in the area they wish to be in. However, we ask that each trader moves along to the next available pitch in that area to allow for caravans / motorhomes to be able to park with ease.
