🚚 Arrival & Setup Times

Friday (Early Setup)

• 2:00pm – 6:00pm: All traders admitted for setup

• 6:00pm: Showground secured (items left overnight at your own risk)

Saturday (Event Day)

• 6:00am: All traders admitted

• 7:30am: Indoor traders must have moved vehicles to allocated parking

• 7:45am: Exhibitor gate locked

• 8:30am: Buyers admitted

• 3:00pm: Fair closes

• 5:00pm: Showground secured

🎟️ Arrival Process (Important)

• Arrive via Exhibitor Gate (check signage each event).

• Have your E-Pass ready (on phone or printed).

• Marshal will scan E-Pass and confirm name & email address.

• If booked directly (not online), paper copy issued on arrival.

📏 Pitch Information

Outdoor Pitch

• Approx. 10m x 10m (32ft x 32ft)

• £45 per pitch – one vehicle only

• Follow marshal parking instructions

• Electric hook-ups available to pre-book

• Generators not permitted

Indoor Pitch

• 6ft table included

• Single: 6–8ft space (1 table)

• Double: 14ft x 8ft (2 tables)

• Triple: 20ft x 8ft (3 tables)

• Electricity limited (max 300w per stand)

• Bring your own extension leads

Extra Tables

• £7 each (must be pre-booked)

• Own tables permitted within allocated space only

⚡ Electric Hook-Ups

• Limited availability (some within fair area, others nearby)

• Must be prepaid per day

• Priority given for medical need

• Pitches allocated on arrival

• Electric pitches may be marked out

• Indoor space is tight — respect gangways & fire exits

• All stands must remain stocked until close

• Risk assessment required; insurance strongly advised
